Integrated customer experience solution architects Digital Solutions Group has signed an agreement to partner with, LogMeIn, to provide its flagship customer engagement platform, Bold360 to customers across South Africa. The new Bold360 suite offers South African customers a sophisticated suite of services aimed at improving customer experience (CX).
Digital Solutions Group is partnering with LogMeIn to offer Bold360 to their clients. This provides state of the art AI-enabled chatbot technology. LogMeIn’s product portfolio also includes ‘GoToMeeting’ and ‘LastPass’.
