Sony has announced the launch of the PlayStation Classic, an ode to the original PlayStation in miniature form, coming out on December 3, 2018.
This mini console connects to your TV with an HDMI cable, comes with two wired controllers, and a virtual memory card to save your games between sessions. It is an almost exact replica of the original, from the same logo and button layout to the packaging. Only now it’s 45% smaller than 1994’s PlayStation.
The console also comes pre-loaded with 20 classic games, like Final Fantasy VII, TEKKEN 3, R4: Ridge Racer Type 4, Jumping Flash!, Wild Arms and more to be announced.
The PlayStation Classic will be available on December 3 for $99.99.
