Samsung Electronics has revealed that it will be releasing a new smartphone. The latest device from the mobile phone manufacturer comes in the form of the Samsung Galaxy A7 smartphone. The Galaxy A7 smartphone is expected to launch at the end of September 2018.
The most notable feature on the smartphone is the three neatly positioned rear-facing cameras. As revealed by Samsung, the Galaxy A7 smartphone triple-lens camera consists of a 24MP (F1.7) sensor, an ultra-wide 8MP (F2.4) sensor, and a 120-degree “depth” 5MP (F2.2) sensor. It also comes with Samsung’s Scene Optimiser, to categorise the subject and adjust the colour, contrast and brightness to optimise image quality. To add to the features, the Galaxy A7 smartphone has a 24MP front-facing camera with an adjustable LED flash.
The 2018 version of the Galaxy A7 smartphone comes with a 6-inch Amoled screen, which runs at a full HD+ resolution. Powering the device is a 2.2 GHz octa-core Exynos processor, which is supported by 4GB of RAM. When it comes to storage, the latest device from Samsung comes with 64GB of internal storage space; however, to extend upon storage, the device also features a MicroSD slot.
When looking closer at build-quality, the Samsung Galaxy A7 is an impressive looking device that comes in a beautiful glass design. It also features a fingerprint sensor and will be available in blue, black, gold and pink.
The Samsung A7 smartphone will also pack in some of Samsung’s best features, which include: Bixby, Samsung Pay and Samsung Health.
While the device will initially launch in select European and Asian markets, Samsung has revealed that the Galaxy A7 will be available in South Africa for R8499 in November 2018.
