Zoona, today announced two new non-executive board members to help steer the company’s strategic direction as it braces for growth in 2018 and beyond.
The new Board Members are Shirley Maltz, Group Chief Executive Officer at Homechoice, and Ebi Atawodi, Product Manager, Global Payments at UBER. Both women are well respected in their specific industries.

These new board members will play critical roles in strengthening our core business and helping us scale new digital products that improve the financial health and well-being of our customers,’ states Mike Quinn, Zoona Group CEO.

Atawodi, the previous UBER West Africa General Manager achieved positive growth for the company, and implemented strategies that had a significant impact on the UBER brand in West Africa.

Shirley joined Homechoice in 2001, overseeing the credit, operations division, as well as all marketing activities. She was appointed the chief executive officer of Homechoice Retail in 2006 and to her current position in 2013.
