Avaya has successfully transitioned to a software-and-services led organization, with approximately three-quarters of revenue coming from these areas, Abou-Ltaif told the audience of customers, partners and industry decision-makers. In March, Avaya announced a strategic partnership with Icosnet to jointly provide Unified Communications technologies from a cloud platform in Algeria. Based on Avaya Aura™ and Avaya Equinox™, the UC cloud-based services offered by Icosnet provide streamlined, mobile-first communications that are less complex than many legacy systems.
