Dotadvisors has announced that Dr. Olaf Nielinger has joined the firm as a partner for Strategy, Regulation, Wholesale, B2B and Commercial.

Dr. Nielinger brings over 10 years of consulting and ICT industry experience to Dotadvisors’ clients. He has in-depth expertise in international telecommunications and ICT markets, wholesale and B2B business development and modelling, economic and social regulation, as well as ICT policy and strategy development. Key focus of his work includes broadband rollout strategies, next generation access regulation and national/international wholesale.

Prior to joining Dotadvisors Olaf has worked for 11 years for one of the worldwide leading Management and Technology consultancies in the ICT ecosystem, Detecon International. During that period Olaf managed and worked in over 60 projects in Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, Near and Middle East, and Latin America, assisting customers ranging from network operators and service providers to ministries, regulatory authorities, financial institutions and multilateral organisations.
Olaf is based in Hamburg, Germany. He holds a PHD and Master in Political Science.
