According to Citrix, customers, as well as their digital businesses, will take center stage at the 2016 Citrix Synergy conference – which is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada in the United States of America.
According to the company, this year’s event will essentially give attendees the resources and information needed to say “yes” to business transformation and accelerate their ability to move to the cloud and to fully embrace mobility across their organization.
During the course of Citrix Synergy 2016, Citrix will detail new innovations in mobility, cloud and networking which have been tailored made toward accelerating business transformation.
Highlights expected at Citrix Synergy 2016 include:
– Those who are unable to be at Citrix Synergy 2016 will, on May 24 at 9:00a.m. PT, have the opportunity to join Citrix CEO, Kirill Tatarinov for the opening keynote via live stream. Tatarinov will be joined by customers and partners to highlight how to accelerate their ability to move to the cloud and how the rapid adoption of mobile, cloud, big data and analytics are creating new business models.
– On May 25 at 9:00 a.m. PT, senior leaders for networking, cloud services and mobility will demonstrate how Citrix is powering desktop and app delivery, mobility management, file sharing, networking and cloud solutions. A live stream is available on the Citrix Synergy website.
– Citrix will also be live-streaming 44-hours of sessions and keynotes so anyone, anywhere can tune into the SynergyTV Watch Live schedule.
– Network online with peers, Citrix experts, executive leaders, recognized technical experts, analysts, and IT vendors.

Kirill Tatarinov President and Chief Executive Officer, Citrix
Kirill Tatarinov was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer for Citrix in January 2016. He is also a member of the Board of Directors.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Tatarinov previously served as Executive Vice President of the Microsoft Business Solutions Division (MBS) with responsibility for the Microsoft Dynamics business across development, sales, marketing, and operations.
Prior to joining MBS in 2007, Tatarinov led the Management and Solutions Division at Microsoft, where he was in charge of the Microsoft Windows management technologies and products, including Microsoft System Center, as well as Windows Server solutions.
Before joining Microsoft in 2002, Tatarinov was Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for BMC. Before BMC, Tatarinov was co-founder, chief architect, and head of Research and Development for Patrol Software, the developer of innovative software solutions for systems and network management acquired by BMC in 1994.
Before co-founding Patrol Software, Tatarinov worked in several systems, networking and consulting companies in Russia, Israel and Australia.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Caradigm, Inc. Additionally, Tatarinov holds two patents for managing computer resources and related technologies.
Tatarinov grew up in Moscow, Russia, and earned a master’s degree in systems engineering from Moscow University of Transport Engineering and a master’s in business administration from Houston Baptist University.
Tim Minahan Senior VP and Chief Marketing Officer, Citrix
Tim Minahan is senior vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO) at Citrix, where he leads global marketing strategy and operations for the company’s vision of securely delivering the world’s most important apps and data to enable people and businesses to work better. A technology industry veteran who specializes in defining new markets and positioning companies to own them, Minahan has served in a broad range of business leadership roles at leading enterprise software, cloud, and services firms. He most recently spearheaded SAP’s successful transition to the cloud as CMO of the company’s Cloud and Line of Business unit. Minahan joined SAP when the company acquired Ariba, where he was SVP of Business Network Strategy and global CMO.
At Ariba, Minahan led the commercial strategy for the Ariba Network and oversaw the design and execution of go-to-market programs and marketing initiatives to fuel its growth as a leading cloud company. Previously, Minahan was senior vice president of marketing at Procuri, Inc., where he helped drive the company’s strategic direction and emergence as one of the fastest-growing Software as a Service (SaaS) application providers. He also served as chief services and research officer at Aberdeen Group, a leading independent market research firm; and held several leadership roles at Reed Business Information.
Minahan is on the board of Made in a Free World, a non-profit technology company that is using the power of networks and big data to detect and mitigate forced labor from global supply chains. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and completed the CMO Program at Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Brad Anderson Corporate VP, Enterprise Client & Mobility (ECM), Microsoft
As corporate vice president of the Enterprise Client & Mobility (ECM) team—a key pillar of Microsoft’s Mobile-First, Cloud-First focus—Brad leads the effort to enable enterprises to be productive on the devices they love, while keeping the company secure.
The ECM team is focused on supporting a modern workforce that operates in a world of continuously connected devices. Since joining Microsoft in 2003, Brad has had many significant accomplishments, such as functioning as the corporate vice president of program management for the Windows Server & System Center business, leading the System Center product team on a path of continual growth in market share, and supporting the innovation of virtualized and online management technologies.
His passion for technology and business intelligence has been instrumental in forming strategic partnerships with customers throughout the tech industry, and he has driven a number of strategic acquisitions during his time with the company. Prior to Microsoft, Brad spent 12 years at Novell, most recently serving as vice president and general manager of the ZENWorks product line. Bill Burley Corporate VP and GM, Workspace Services, Citrix
Bill Burley is corporate vice president and general manager for the Workspace Services business unit at Citrix, with responsibility for defining the vision and strategic direction of the company’s app delivery and mobility management technology and products. He also heads up the Citrix Technology Office, with a focus on driving continuous innovation and customer value for secure and reliable delivery of applications and data to the enterprise.
Burley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to his position at the helm of the Workspace Services business unit. Since 1993, he has held a variety of senior leadership roles across Citrix business and sales organizations, most recently serving as vice president and general manager of the Windows App Delivery team, with responsibility for the product development and go-to-market strategy for the company’s flagship, market-leading products, XenApp and XenDesktop. Before that, he was vice president of product management and general manager of the XenApp and Cloud App Delivery teams, and vice president of Americas sales.

Christine Ooro Singh Director of Customer Experience, NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
NewYork-Presbyterian is one of the, according to Citrix, most comprehensive academic healthcare delivery systems, dedicated to providing the highest quality, most compassionate care to patients in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the world. In her current role, Chris is responsible for driving the business to provide superior customer experience to NYP staff and patients using IT-enabled services. Chris has been with NYP for 19 years in a number of IT-related roles, including manager and director of compute infrastructure and mobility services. Chris has also served on the Innovation Advisory Committee, responsible for operationalizing and scaling innovation solutions across the NYP enterprise.
