Mbula Schoen is a Senior Research Analyst in the Program and Portfolio Management (PPM) team for Gartner. Her research currently covers the complex challenges of organisational change and transformation from a people perspective.
Her areas of focus include organisational change, communications strategies and emerging trends in employee engagement. Schoen brings more than 15 years’ experience of working with global companies in Asia, East and Western Europe, and Africa. In addition to her work at Gartner, Schoen is a visiting professor at a Munich university where she lectures Management Information Systems.
The 2015 Gartner Symposium is currently being held between 28 – 30 September 2015.
