Microsoft has revealed the availability of the Lumia 830 and Lumia 730 Dual SIM devices. According to Microsoft, both devices will run on its Windows Phone 8.1 OS.
The Lumia 830 is one of the company’s flagship devices. According to Microsoft, the device features optical image stabilisation and PureView imaging, while the Lumia 730 Dual SIM offers a wide angle, front-facing camera to support selfies and Skype.
According to Microsoft, the Lumia 830 is set to retail at KES 45,000, comes pre-loaded with Microsoft Office Mobile and integrated wireless charging and is housed in a sleek aluminium and polycarbonate design. The Lumia 730 Dual SIM features a 2220 mAh battery, 8 GB of internal storage and 15 GB of free OneDrive storage and will retail at KES 29,000.
At the moment, it looks as though Microsoft is well on its way to launching a fair amount of devices in Kenya. Back in October 2014 Microsoft launched the Lumia 530, which also made its way directly to Kenya.
