
Babatunde Hussain was recently appointed as the technical marketing manager for Aviat Networks in Nigeria, West Africa. He is headquartered out of Lagos, the largest city in Nigeria.

Hussain possesses more than 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and over that time, has gained invaluable knowledge working in diverse markets across the Middle East and Africa.
Hussain joined Aviat Networks in January 2007 as a technical trainer, a position from which he has delivered training to customers in more than 10 countries.
From there, he grew within the company ranks to become a service delivery manager, overseeing support programmes for key accounts in Nigeria with responsibility for all technical, marketing and business development activities.
Prior to joining Aviat, he was involved in the deployment of cell enhancers and microwave backbone capacity expansion for Saudi Telecom. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and a M.Sc. in Telecommunication Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia.
