Speaking during a courtesy visit to the Olu of Warri, His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse II, yesterday in Warri, Delta State, the Chief Sales Officer of Airtel Nigeria, Inusa Bello said Airtel recognizes the important role Delta State has played in the development of the Nigerian economy and is passionate about taking the State to a leadership position in terms of telecommunications network coverage, quality of service and exceptional customer experience. 


“Airtel Nigeria is committed to empowering the people of Delta State with affordable, quality and innovative telecommunications services. Airtel has deployed its superior 3.75G network across the State and has upgraded its network with the latest telecommunications technology so that everyone in Delta State can enjoy the very best services.
 
“Airtel also has innovative and competitive product and services. Offerings such as Club 10, 2Good Times, Quick Talk, Big Family, Steady Steady and many others provide opportunities for Deltans to enjoy very low call rates, also enabling them to connect with everyone they love and do business with,” he said.

In his response, the Olu of Warri commended Airtel for partnering with the Itsekiri people to host the Itsekiri Cultural Day just as he urged the Telco Operator to continue to provide quality telecommunications services in the State.

The Airtel Team that visited the Olu of Warri included Godfrey Efeurhobo, Regional Operations Director, South; Obinna Aniche, General Manager, Brand Assets, Airtel Africa; Lynda Umeh, Zonal Business Manager, South West and Ifeanyi Egbuawa, Senior Manager, Trade Marketing among several others.
