Video games publisher Ubisoft has released Assassin’s Creed Recollection for the iPad — for free. Only available for a limited time, gamers should head over to the Apple Store as it remains unknown when the deal ends.
“Assassin’s Creed Recollection, designed and optimised to take full advantage of the large display and Multi-Touch interface of iPad, allows players to live a new experience in the world of Assassin’s Creed,” Ubisoft said.
Recollection takes players through 20 story missions, weaving an adventure through the streets of Barcelona to Constantinople, and should keep players busy hunting the Templars for about six to eight hours.
“Fans of the franchise are able to compete in political battles in a real-time board game, with key characters and locations from the original console game franchise. They can also discover and amass a wide variety of artwork created for the Assassin’s Creed games,” Ubisoft added.
In multi-player gamers can challenge their friends in real-time battles via Game Centre.
