We Sing, the popular karaoke game built for Nintendo’s Wii, will be launching another edition of the game, this time roping in lovers of rock music.

We Sing Rock! will be released on 28 October, and features 40 sing-a-long rock anthems spanning five decades of classic rock music from internationally famous rock acts including Coldplay, Alice Cooper, Kasabian, My Chemical Romance and Elvis.
“The game will make a fantastic addition to the portfolio of We Sing games,” says Nik Blower, sales and marketing director, Nordic Games.
“We’re giving fans of the We Sing series what they wanted – we’ve gone above and beyond to give them never-before-featured classic rock songs alongside current get-up-on-your-feet headbangers. Anyone who’s ever dreamed of being a rock star can now perform like a rock god to their favourite rock anthems.”
Similar to Sony’s Lips franchise, all the tracks on We Sing Rock! include the original artist videos and each track has its own rating and can be played in short or full length song modes.
“We Sing is the only singing series of games to support four players in any Party mode, using four separate microphones. Party mode includes We Sing, Versus, Group Battle, Pass The Mic, First to X, Marathon, Blind and Expert,” publisher Nordic Games said in a statement.
