Electronics accessories maker Vuzix has announced that they have released the new Wrap 1200 Video Eyewear.
What the Wrap 1200 Video Eyewear does, is create a virtual 75” 16:9 widescreen display for 2D and 3D content which will work with video and gaming devices, such as the iPod Touch, iPod Nano, and all mobile phones with video out. It in essence creates a complete big screen entertainment system straight from the user’s pocket.
“We spent over a year developing the Wrap 1200, ensuring it is one of the most advanced, feature rich video eyewear ever produced. The combination of a 16:9 high resolution widescreen display along with our AccuTilt display angle technology provides our customers with an unmatched mobile viewing experience,” said Paul Travers, CEO Vuzix Corporation.
“As with all the Vuzix Wrap eyewear, the Wrap 1200 features convenient on-screen display controls (brightness, contrast, hue and colour saturation), independent left and right eye focal adjustment and both component and composite video connections for superior video quality and maximum compatibility with devices including, game consoles, media players, phones, DVD players and tablets,” Vuzix said in a statement.
