HP today announced that Computacentre Germany has become the first HP Cloud Centre of Excellence (CCoE) in the Europe and Middle East Africa (EMEA) region.

HP Cloud Centres of Excellence enable channel partners to showcase and demonstrate the business transformation potential that cloud offers to customers.
“We are delighted to be the first to open an HP Cloud Centre of Excellence in EMEA. Cloud is fundamentally changing the way technology is used and consumed. We have a number of solution architects and engineers available to assist customers and this new centre will now enable us to demonstrate the true power of cloud,” said Reiner Louis, Member of the Board at Computacentre Germany.
“HP Cloud Centres of Excellence are a key part of our EMEA Cloud Channel Program and we are committed to expanding the infrastructure solutions for these centres to allow channel partners to transform their facilities into cloud demonstration sites. We look forward to working with Computacentre Germany on this first centre and look forward to opening many more across the region,” said Martin Meltz, HP South Africa Enterprise Storage, Servers and Networking (ESSN), Channel (SPO) Small and Medium Business(SMB) Lead.
HP Cloud Centre of Excellence is a joint investment between HP and channel partners. Centres are based on HP CloudSystem, which combines HP Converged Infrastructure architecture with HP Cloud Service Automation software for unified building and management of cloud services across private, public and hybrid models.
