LG's CINEMA 3D LW5700 television

LG Electronics announced the release of its CINEMA 3D LW5700 television, which is equipped with LG’s next generation CINEMA 3D.

The TV combines the first “flicker free” certified 3D picture in the industry with comfortable, light weight glasses, brighter picture, more flexible and wider viewing positions and a wide viewing angle, making them the perfect set for watching 3D images. The glasses are specially designed to receive each image and don’t need to be shuttered, making the final 3D images extremely clear and smooth.

In recognition to these advances, two of the world’s renowned certification agencies based in Europe have awarded LG’s “flicker free” certification, the first time in the industry that TVs have received such an endorsement.

“With such a smooth picture, CINEMA 3D TV eliminates the feelings of dizziness or eye fatigue that could occur with previous TVs, meaning viewers can enjoy 3D content for longer and in great comfort,” says Raul Kochar, LG CEO in the region.

The occasion was graced by the LG cup footballer of the tournament and Kenya football National team captain Dennis Oliech who was also rewarded with a 46 inch LG LW5700 TV.

I really support LG Cinema 3D because the glasses are cheap and they are so much better than active glasses.

The 2d parts of the TVs are great too and awesome for many of the new 3D games coming out. Good job LG on this one.

Its much safer for children and better if you have a big family because the viewing angle is better. The remote is also great!
