Airtel Nigeria, one of the leading telecommunication service providers, has launched a new interactive service platform, My Airtel My Offer (MAMO) that provides mobile users with the latest Airtel offers, without being disturbed by excessive SMS promotions.
MAMO enables a mobile customer to get Airtel’s various offers, without receiving any calls or SMS messages.
To access the service, users need to dial 141, a toll free number from their mobile phones. They will receive comprehensive information about the full range of products and services that are available on the Airtel network. Customers can also interact with the interactive voice response (IVR) in their local language.
Deepak Srivastava, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director at Airtel Nigeria says “My Airtel My Offer” is a segmented offer that is uniquely designed based on a clear understanding of customers’ usage behaviour and preference. It will give customers access to latest and value enhancing offers that suits their specific needs.
Srivastava says the “My Airtel My Offer” is yet another proof of Airtel’s commitment to introduce to the market, innovative, relevant and customer-centric solutions.
“This is a new and fresh approach to empowering our customers to choose and personalize their rewards unlike the traditional promotions and reward mechanisms. With the aid of technology and systems, My Airtel My Offer service has been developed with a unique ability to suggest the right product/offer to each customer within Airtel’s network,” says Srivastava.
With My Airtel My Offer, Airtel a customer can select the best available product and service from tariff packages, value-added services, validity periods, promotional offers and other services.
My Airtel My Offer has been launched only on the IVR platform, but may be available via SMS and USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) soon.
