Canada’s telecommunications firm Concave Communications International Group has inked a deal to revive Odua Telecoms from its dormant state, the company said in a press release.

The new partnership agreement will help extend Concave’s hand into the African market and they hope to be able to implement a series of projects to jump-start the stalled company.

According to the statement from Concave, the company is “poised to make telecoms subsidiary more efficient and responsive to the unfolding dynamics of the telecoms market as well as improve its network performance and enhance its coverage.”

Already, the Canadian company operates in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Nigeria.

The new deal will help buttress the Nigerian market and “would provide technical manpower and funds for the system upgrade, which would enable the company to be a dominant player.”
