HP Networking appoints new Country Manager

Graham Vorster has joined HP as the Networking Country Manager for HP South Africa, HP announced yesterday. Vorster has been in the ICT Sector since the late 80’s and his skills profile today is a combination of executive management, enterprise management, channel, marketing, technology, strategy and sales management.

He has joined the HP Networking team from Alcatel-Lucent SA where he was employed as the Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel-Lucent SA LTD.


In the past Vorster has been involved in numerous large account engagements across the service provider and enterprise sectors, as well as various strategic channel engagements across a variety of ICT and industry verticals.  He has also served as a C-Level executive at various multinational and local organisations.

“Graham will be working as an integral part of the HP Enterprise Business management and the Enterprise Servers and Storage team,” says Frank van Rees, MD and Enterprise Business Lead, HP South Africa.

“He has an excellent track-record and will help to drive future growth for HP Networking in South Africa.  His extensive experience in enterprise business, strategy and channel management makes him an excellent fit for this role,” he adds.
