  1. Hi,

Please note that Cevital (Rebrab Familly) own already 3% from Djezzy (Orascom Telecom Algeria) and their politic is to be involved on all good business projects in Algeria, so if Orascom want sold it’s algerian telecom unit’s so, it will be firt state which should be informed firstly (to avoid principal problem between orascom and algerian government after that orascom sold it’s cemen units in ALgeria to Lafarge french company which is illegal because they should inform gouvernment by this before selling their parts in the algerian market to other foreign investors).

I think Orascom who know that it’s algerian telecom branch is the very profitable branch in their telecom business so it will be a big fault to them to sell it, so i think next days will see more details about the egypto-algerian political tension and this will define all future egyptian investments in Algeria.

Another problem is that Djezzy have financial problems before the political cresis between algerian and egypt and will problems of orascom with taxes authorities so…….

let me know what do you think.

    MZ
