Zain Kenya introduces top-up specials

Zain Kenya has introduced a service that will allow subscribers to make free calls and SMSes within the network based on the airtime top-up.
Mr. Rene Meza, Zain Kenya managing director said they were simply responding to client requirements.

“This initiative is as a result of a careful study of our customers’ needs. It is an innovative service founded on our promise to extend the benefit of affordability and flexibility to our customers,” said Meza.

Consumers will be able to call and SMS up to three Zain numbers for free for a period of seven days.

To access the service, subscribers will be required to load a minimum of KES100 which entitles the customer to call and SMS one number for free for the seven days.

A customer topping up with KES250 will be able to call and SMS two numbers for free while a top-up of KES500 and above will earn a customer free access to three numbers for the seven-day period.
