Fujitsu Siemens Computers now 100% subsidiary of Fujitsu Ltd

Fujitsu Siemens Computers has become a 100 percent subsidiary of Fujitsu Limited, and has been renamed Fujitsu Technology Solutions.

The full integration of Fujitsu Technology Solutions, with its strong presence in EMEA, is the catalyst for Fujitsu’s transformation into a truly global company, the company said.

Says Kuniaki Nozoe, president of Fujitsu Limited: “With the capabilities and global perspective that Fujitsu Technology Solutions brings, we can transform the very way Fujitsu does business,”
