sorry for you hannes but i am having problems with my curve. I have found out that blackberry will replace your new phone with a second hand “refurbished” phone and will tell you that it is new! this is what has happened to me three times and all three times the “new” phones have not lasted for more than two weeks. i am commencing with fraud charges regarding this. that is the problem with blackberry, great phones but zero backup service. i suggest you buy another brand and cut your losses.
