Nokia increases customer care centres in Kenya

logo_nokia_115_40_1.gifIn its bid to fight counterfeits by encouraging the purchase of genuine Nokia mobile phones, Nokia has launched its seventh service centre in Kenya.The Nokia Care Centre becomes the seventh in the country and is set to provide quality after sale service to customers.

Nokia East and Southern Africa General Manager Gerard Brandjes said the Care Centre will ensure that Nokia customers have access to expert maintenance services, software upgrades and technical support.

Nokia offers a 12 months warranty in Kenya and will provide the care services alongside online support available on Nokia’s website where customers can find the latest tools, software update downloads and
other services that help optimize their Nokia products.

    same as joshua ochieng, this e61 was working fine, then suddenly parks up, have no idea what could ave gone wrong, it would not power up, nothing. I am grieved, i am in nairobi westlands

    i have been a very stauch surporter of nokia phones and encourage my family to use them.We are a family of four and all have Nokia phones.
    I have with me 2 phones that are spoit/giving problems although i hv bought other ones.is there a place i ca hv them checked and possibly fixed refurbished?
