The new version of SecureTower 6.2 is now available for South Africa and across Sub-Sahara Africa. It is offered by Falcongaze through distribution partner Bitrate who has provided ICT solutions through a partner network of hundreds of companies in the Sub Sahara region since 1999.

Having focused on various aspects around Monitoring, IT Management and Security, Bitrate now offer a solution that is designed to prevent information leaks, monitor personnel and detect fraud – Data Loss Protection (DLP) & User Behavior Analytics (UBA) system Falcongaze SecureTower.

SecureTower 6.2 has many updates and add-ons. The most noticeable are voice recognition and a new Investigation Center module.

The Investigation Center is a new module designed to make the work of security officers easier. It’s possible to investigate security incidents and form cases in SecureTower itself, as well as record the progress of investigation, detect the individuals involved and receive automated reports compiled after the investigation is completed.

“The secret of a good product is not only in some special functionality, but in the continuous development of the overall solution for the benefit of the organisation. That is why, during the decade of work on SecureTower, we have fully revealed the concept of ‘DLP-system’ and created a unique product that not only works with data leaks, but also closes a bulk of tasks on information and economic security,” stated Andrey Barmuta, Head of Development Department at Falcongaze. “I am confident that SecureTower now is at the forefront of modern technology and innovation in the field of enterprise protection.”

Currently, voice communication increasingly replaces business correspondence because of its speed and convenience. For many years, SecureTower could intercept audio messages (along with other files) stored in mail, Web and messengers, as well as control SIP telephony and headsets. Now, voice recognition allows you to apply text search algorithms to the information transmitted by voice.

“I believe that with SecureTower our product portfolio has strengthened our Security Life Cycle. Together with Falcongaze we provide an innovative DLP & UBA system that will allow companies in South Africa and across Sub-Sahara Africa create a reliable safety-net. We help protect company assets from corruption, fraud and malicious behavior by employees,” stressed Jeroen Dubbelman, Managing Director at Bitrate.
