Microsoft has introduced three new Lumia smartphones to the South African market. The devices introduced include the Lumia 640, Lumia 640XL, and the Lumia 430 – which is a Dual SIM device.
Shaun Durandt, Microsoft Mobile Devices’ South African sales lead said: “People are looking for a phone which brings them more flexibility to switch easily between work and play, without breaking the bank.”
When taking a closer look at each device we found that the Lumia 640 and 640XL feature a Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which is supported by 1GB of RAM.
When looking at the camera for each device, the Lumia 640 XL features a 13 Megapixel camera… while the standard Lumia 640 features an 8 Megapixel camera.
The Lumia 430 Dual SIM smartphone features a Dual-core CPU running at 1.2GHz, which is supported by 1GB of RAM. The device also features a 2 Megapixel camera.
According to Microsoft the device comes preloaded with Microsoft Office, Skype and OneDrive.
