Microsoft has launched the Lumia 530 smartphone at all Orange Kenya and authorised dealer shops, in both the single SIM 3G and dual SIM 3G variants. The Lumia 530 will be available in a range of colours along with a selection of changeable shells in a variety of colours.
The device features a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, which is accompanied by 512MB RAM. Furthermore, the Lumia 530 comes with a screen resolution of 854 x 480 pixels.
When it comes to the device’s camera functionality, the Lumia 530 comes standard with a 5 MP rear facing camera. Nokia has included the Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 OS. The Lumia 530 will be bundled together with Coloured Bang speaker and will be exclusively available at all Orange shops.
According to Microsoft the device is set a RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of Kshs 11,000 ($123 USD).
