June 3, 2014 • Events

Innovation Forum 2014, Software AG South Africa’s first annual technology showcase that will be hosted at Sandton Convention Centre on 17 June, will offer enterprises an unparalleled opportunity to kick-start their journeys to becoming Digital Enterprises.

A Digital Enterprise is an organization that leverages digital technology to gain a competitive advantage and to reach its business objectives smarter and faster. Ranked as a leader by industry analysts in fourteen market categories, Software AG has been assisting organizations to do just that for more than four decades.

“Software AG approaches businesses in a unique way,” says Mohamed Cassoojee, Vice-President and Country Manager for Software AG SA. “By tailoring the systems and solutions to the specific needs of every enterprise, we create a unique technology road map for each of our customers. We empower businesses to turn their IT into an innovation machine that adds value and accelerates growth. Through this approach, our clients remain competitive in the present and in the future.”

Such technology solutions, as well as the latest trends and best practices and success stories with tangible results, will take centre stage at Software AG’s Innovation Forum 2014. Leading industry experts will furthermore showcase a series of Software AG’s solutions based on innovative technologies such as big data analytics, cloud, integration and mobile.

One of the speakers at the event will be Georg Simon, Vice-President for Product Marketing at Software AG, who has decades of commercial experience and a portfolio of blue-chip clients such as Coca-Cola, Shell and BHP Billiton.  Mr Simon will illustrate how enterprises can jump-start their journeys to becoming Digital Enterprises.

The keynote speaker of the event will be Richard Mulholland, an esteemed entrepreneur, speaker and guest lecturer at leading institutions such as the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and The Cape Graduate School of Business. He is also a columnist for Longevity and Destiny Man magazines.

Apart from gaining insightful guidance, the event will also allow for numerous networking opportunities with top ICT and business influencers.

Innovation Forum 2014 is no doubt a must-attend for CIOs and decision makers of all South African enterprises that aim to not only thrive today, but to also pave the road to success for tomorrow. Registration is now officially open and attendance is complimentary.
