Samsung wants you to create your own Mandela Google doodle.
To get involved ‘Like’ the Samsung Mobile South Africa Facebook page, then go on to the Doodle tab to get going.
Users create their own doodle for Mandela by uploading their own photos. Every image uploaded Samsung matches with a R5 donation.
The total money raised will be divided between developing another Solar Powered Internet School and charities developing libraries to drive access to information and grow childrens’ required reading skills.
“Doodle for Nelson Mandela Day” was launched last year in partnership with the Nelson Mandela Foundation.

“Doodle for Nelson Mandela Day” campaign is live on Samsung’s website (www.samsung.com) and open to users to upload their images and create wonderful masterpieces.
“If you haven’t doodled yet – get involved this weekend. Come through to the Samsung Galaxy Note Studio Programme located at the Fountain Court in Sandton City from 10th – 12th February. You will not only have the opportunity to enjoy our experiential exhibition, and our latest offering, the Samsung Galaxy Note, will be available for you to create your Doodle for Mandela.”
