Warner Bros. Interactive and Supergiant Games has announced that their highly-successful Bastion, the award-winning indie Action-RPG recently released on Xbox LIVE Arcade, is coming to Windows PC on 16 August.

Offering high-resolution graphics and an all-new PC control scheme, the game will be available on Steam (currently available for pre-order) before becoming available on other popular PC portals later this month.

Bastion has earned numerous accolades for its unique atmosphere and narrative style, deep yet accessible combat, and distinctive presentation.

The game received ten E3 awards this year, including the Game Critics Award for Best Downloadable Game, Game Informer Magazine’s award for Best Downloadable Game, and G4tv.com’s award for Most Original Game.

The PC version of Bastion will be available DRM-free and include Steamworks support for Cloud saves, achievements, and leaderboards (Steam version only).
