Outsource Digital, a South African based office automation company, is opening a new branch in Botswana. This expansion will be done in partnership with Botswana based entrepreneur, Thapelo Letsholo.

The branch in Gaborone will allow Outsource Digital to deliver turnkey solutions and expand into Southern Africa. Through Outsource Digital, consumers and clients alike will gain access to systems that will be easily incorporated into their current and future business processes.

“Outsource Digital has high brand recognition in South Africa and we believe that the brand will also become recognised across Africa,” says Ryan Pickford, Outsource Digital Managing Director.

The company has a unique “One touch point” approach where customers deal directly with one person for all their company business solutions. Their onsite teams are highly qualified technicians who offer a four hour response time along with a preventative maintenance programme.

Botswana has a young and vibrant economy which still remains untapped in some areas and this makes the country a prime investment area. The growth opportunities are wide for prospective investors in Botswana including in the Office Automation sector.

“Through this partnership we hope to create job opportunities in my country and help develop this sector given that today’s economy is technology solutions driven,” says Thapelo Letsholo.

Thapelo is a local entrepreneur and a technically savvy professional who has vast experience in strategic communications driven at achieving commercial objectives. Thapelo’s experience draws from positions held at executive levels; including that of Strategy and Corporate Affairs Director for a leading beverage company and as Chairman of GVPedia Africa, publishers of Best of South Africa, Best of Kenya, Best of Botswana, Diplomat Magazine and many other titles.

“This is not merely a South African company opening a branch in Botswana it is a collaborative partnership with a local entrepreneur,” added Pickford.
